"Gentle woman, quiet light, morning star, so strong and bright, gentle sister, peaceful dove, sharing wisdom, sharing love." This memorial website is dedicated to Kathryn Duggan, Executive Director of NCSEA from 1987 until December of 1993. A strong, yet gentle and supportive human being, Kathy was known for her unwavering philosophical view of the critical difference Child Support makes in the lives of America's children. Her bright smile and enthusiasm encouraged all of us to work harder for NCSEA and for the children. NCSEA's tremendous growth and quality of service during her tenure were a result of her diligence and ability to motivate others in working together to improve the association. Under her leadership, NCSEA advanced its reputation as an informational resource for legislators, policy makers, case workers, attorneys, and private citizens. This website is dedicated with appreciation to her memory by her friends, co-workers, and associates. Kathy's vision of service to Child Support workers everywhere has been as inspiration for those of us working in this community. It is our hope that you will find the information contained here helpful and that you will use your understanding to improve the lives of America's children and families. |
