The top two tourist sites for people visiting
us are not in Bloomington, they're to our east.
Fall Colors:
If you're here in the fall, be sure you head over to Brown
County, Indiana, home of a state
park and any number of unique gift shops. The fall foliage is
quite spectacular and well worth the short drive.
Shopping:
There's nothing quite like hitting the Prime
Factory Outlets about an hour and a half away. There you can
get name brand clothing inexpensively. We've had several
visitors stock up on winter coats, blue jeans, and other items--so much
so that packing to return home was a challenge. Stores include
Levi's, ESPRIT, Ann Taylor, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nautica.
