Traveling from Indianapolis
to Bloomington generally takes about an hour, however, rush hour and
road construction can lengthen this travel time. Below are
transportation providers and driving directions.

Unfortunately
for many of you who are traveling from Europe, you'll probably arrive in
Indianapolis late in the evening.
That means you won't be able to enjoy the beautiful
scenery that southern Indiana has to offer.
If there is any way that you can extend your visit a
day you should: within a short distance from Bloomington is Brown
County, famous for its fall foliage and unique shops.

Another alternative is the Bloomington
Shuttle Service. The shuttle runs 9 times a day in both directions
and has four drop off points in Bloomington, including the IMU Hotel,

Once you arrive...
To take the Limousine or the Shuttle Service, after you
have picked up your baggage, go outside of the terminal and
look for the "Ground Transportation" center across
the street from you. If you are flying US Airways this
will be across the street toward your left. You need
to go inside this facility and check-in with the service you
are using. |
