Dr.
Zapp is a Senior Policy Officer at the Supervisory Policy Directorate of
the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) in Amsterdam,
Netherlands. From August 1998 till July 1999,
she was a visiting Ameritech Research Fellow
at the Institute for Development Strategies.
In her previous position, she was an
Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuernberg,
Germany (1994-98) where she earned her doctorate.
