Heidrun C. Hoppe is an assistant professor (Wissenschaftliche Assistentin) at
the University of Hamburg, Germany. She has been a visiting research
scholar at the Institute for Development Strategies in 1999. Her research
interests are industrial organization, innovation theory and policy,
banking and finance.
