Although Dr. Bonser has been retired for several years. he still
remains very active on the research and education fronts.
2001
On May 17, 2001 Dr. Bonser presented a paper on "Strengthening
the European/American Connection: The Case of the Transatlantic
Consortium for Policy Analysis and Edcation at the UCEN European
Conference in Barcelona Spain.
2000
In 2000, Dr. Bonser co-authored and edited two books.
The first book, American Public Policy Problems, was
co-authored with Indiana University's Eugene B. McGregor and Clinton V. Oster.
This book represents a comprehensive guidebook to understanding and participating in the debate over American public affairs
decision making. The book was published by Prentice Hall.
The second book, Security, Trade, and Environmental Policy: A
US/European Union Transatlantic Agenda, is a collection of papers
presented at two conferences: the 1997 conference at the Ecole Nationale
d'Administration (ENA) in Paris hosted by the ENA and Indiana
University; as well as the 1998 conference held at Bloomington,
Indiana. Subjects covered in the book include International
Security Issues for the European Union and the United States; The Next
Generation of US/EU World Trade Policy; and Globalization and the
Environment.
