The institute conducts an on-going series of Brown Bag seminars on current topics relevant to both practitioners and academics in the field of Conflict Resolution.

Topic:  The challenges of creating an ADR office within a state agency and the continuing challenge of mediating environmental disputes at the state level.

Speaker:  Nancy Milsten, Office of Environmental Dispute Resolution, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.  The New Jersey Office of Dispute Resolution is considered a model for mediation programs in state agencies.
