Ryan Hoff
is a senior majoring in Public Policy Studies. He is originally from Auburn, Indiana and will graduate in May. His interests include sports, politics and music. He is currently active in intramural sports. Future plans include working in state government and returning to graduate school.

Sarah McCune
is a senior at Indiana University in Bloomington working towards a B.S.P.A. with a concentration in Policy Studies.  She is originally from Perrysburg, Ohio, and will graduate in May 1999.  She is also a member of Chi Omega sorority and enjoys racing, skiing, and hiking.  Sarah plans on continuing her studies in law school next year.

Ann Pook
is a senior graduating early in December with a BSPA and a concentration in public policy.  She is currently seeking full time employment while exploring several different management and consulting companies.  She hopes in two years to attend graduate school to receive an MPA.  Her areas of interest include welfare and community development.

Mark Gronski is working on a summer internship with Indiana Family & Social Services Administration.  Mark will be working with the Program and Policy Unit, Bureau of Family Protection and Preservation, Division of Family and Children on the development and writing of new child welfare policy.  In this process, Mark will be responsible for searching the World Wide Web for updates on child welfare policy on a national level and provide feedback to the policy staff.  Mark will be responsible for participating in the development of curriculum for training and delivery of new policy.  he will aslso experience systems process through thr Foster Care Adoption Programs and learn how policy effects the lives of children, families and the community.

Shawna Girgis
is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, and is currently working  on a MSW.  Shawna is interested in and works with at risk youth.  Her experiences include working at the Indiana Boys' School, Koala Hospital and Counseling Centers, and four years as the program director of Indianapolis Teen Challenge, a group home for adolescent girls.  Shawna is now completing a practicum with FASR and is anticipating graduation in May of 1999.

 

NCSEA Assistant, FASR
Celia Reed is from Louisiana where she attended Louisiana State University and later joined the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy she moved to Indiana and enrolled in IUPUI in Indianapolis. Following the birth of her second child she moved and subsequently enrolled at Indiana University, Bloomington where she has taken courses studying human nature and criminal justice. Her other interests include organic gardening and environmental protection, animals and spending as much time with her family as possible.

Sergio Campuzano grew up in Bogota, Colombia and has been Stateside for the last seven years. He is now a senior at Indiana University earning a B.A. in liberal arts and expects completion of a double major in economics and political science, and a minor in Spanish by the end of the school year.  He attended Culver Military Academy for three years before attending Indiana University.  His most recent plan is to study abroad in Madrid, Spain during the his last college semester.

Jennifer Benson Gunter
earned her B.A. from DePauw University in Administrative Education with a concentration in primary and secondary educational reform in the United States. Her personal interests include 18th and 19th century literature, blues music, gardening and woodworking.  

 

 

Executive Assistant, FASR
Marc Tschida
earned his B.A. in English from Indiana University with a certificate from the Russian Eastern European Institute.  Marc helps in the writing of contracts and proposals, assists with the coordination of secured projects as well as some budgetary work for the Institute.  In the hours away from the Institute, Marc is very active in the local music scene working as a photographer and band manager.
