We are here as liaisons for the SPEA PhD student body at large. The Association of SPEA PhD Students (ASPS) was formed in 1999 to provide a uniform voice for the students in the three doctoral programs at the School of Public & Environmental Affairs. It is run by an elected group of students representing each program.
